At the last minute we had an urgent strategy meeting right on lunch time, I called brot who were able to squeeze our order into their baking schedule, and the filled rolls arrived 5 minutes early, which was just was well as we’d just broken for a break. Timely and very tasty, thanks,

…It has always been my job to source the office catering, thank goodness I walked down Adelaide St and smelt those pastries. the office finally said ‘well done’ last Friday when you delivered those pastries, and I’m looking forward to next week when….

I just wanted to let you know how well my surprise lunch went. After I ordered the filled roll and pastry in brot, I raced back to the office to watch it all unfold. The lunch arrived on time, from an anonymous colleague just like I requested. She’s still looking over her shoulder, thank you, made my day too!

It’s sometimes the detail that makes an event more special, and when we had all our friends who had been on our trip to Italy years ago coming to our engagement party, I decided to call brot about using some Italian breads. They had just the thing, the panini’s were a perfect reminder of the picnic we had on the cliffs of the Cinque Terre. Michelle held a bread roll up during the meal and winked at me, great memories.
